Any teachers battling morning sickness?

Hey ladies! I'm curious - any teachers out here? This is my first pregnancy and today morning sickness hit me badly this morning. Luckily no vomiting but nausea like crazy!

How do we handle this as teachers? I'm terrified what will happen if I have to get sick and there's no one to cover my class! Worse yet, there are only two staff bathrooms in the whole building!

Any advice on how to cope?

I'm a teacher. I eat dry cereal ALL day. That seems to keep my morning sickness at bay.

One of my friends is an attorney and is in court all day. She is the lead attorney so she can't just step out. She is drinking lemonade or water with lemon and it has stopped her nausea at work. I suggested it to her because the nausea candies I am using are sour lemon flavored. She didn't have to leave the courtroom once today.

I'm a special ed teacher.  Luckily I haven't had morning sickness, but down the hall from me, a woman who was pregnant had horrible morning sickness all day.  She literally just kept  a small waste basket next to her if she got ill since there were no subs in my building.  Good luck!
