You need more than one lot of results. One test doesn't really determine anything. Your HCG should at least double over 48hr period.

One test doesn't tell a whole lot or the whole story it's preceding tests that tell you if its good or not. You are definitely pregnant with that level of HCG but you'd need a second test a few days later to ensure its at least doubling every 48hours!
