Is it safe to do squats in the 2nd trimester?
I'm currently 13w5d pregnant and I was wondering, is it safe to do squats? during my first trimester I put them off because I was so tired all the time. Now I have so much extra energy. I just did 50 squats and I'm cramping a little but I always feel stretching in my lower abdomen. I'm just worried I'll trigger another miscarriage.
