I need a little bit of help

My daughter is 3 years old this is the second day she's been sick coughing not whopping cough it's more of a dry cough well she's had a slight fever it's staying between 99.8-100.9 am worried bcuz to me that's to high but yesterday I took her to the hospital bcuz I didn't have any medicine for a fever and they said she will be fine I have gave her a cool bath and gave her tylonal and ibprofin it doesn't seem to be helping normal temperature for her is between 97.8-98.7 even if she's playing outside is there anything else I can do
