Vagina loosening?

Every time me and my fiancé have sex it's been super tight, well... Lately he says it's been really easy to slide in. Is this weird?

If DH and I don't have sex for two weeks it hurts like hell because I'm tight and he's, um, large.  So, with us I have to be having sex on a regular basis to loosen it, since it's so tight.  I usually don't tell him it hurts, or I'll let on it barely hurts because whenever I let him know how bad he feels too guilty to make love again for a long time.  So I think it depends on how often you're having sex, where you are in your cycle, and whether or not you've been doing a lot of kegals lately.
