I seemed to change my high fasting number

I was reading that red raspberry leaf tea, and magnesium could help me with my fasting number. Before bed each night I've been having red raspberry leaf tea with a little bit of raw honey, a hot magnesium drink (CAlm vitality), and chamomile tea. out of the last three days, two of them have been normal! Which hasn't happened in a month. I have also been making sure to get plenty of vitamin D an CoQ enzyme 10. Anyone else try anything that worked?
