Getting tubes tied young

So I'm 20 and expecting my second baby. Hubby and I have been talking for the last year about him snipped but the more I think about it the more it makes sense to get my tubes tied. I had my first son right after my 18th birthday and got married at 19. We have been together since 16. My question is has anyone had them done at a young age? I have to have a csection anyway but my ob said we need to talk more before I make the decision. I feel like she is going to tell me no.
