BBT help!
Hi everyone, I'm going to be going abroad in a few days and want to continue taking my bbt. The problem is the area I'm going to is 7 hours ahead of my time zone. I take my bbt at 6 am. So when I go abroad do I take it at 6am their time or 6am my time? Also will it throw off the accuracy? Please help!
