I'll be trying to SMEP my next cycle. Does anyone have any success stories following the plan?

Cycle Day 1 - Period

Cycle Day 8 - BD every other day until +opk

Cycle Day 10 - Daily OPKs

+opk Day - BD today, tomorrow & next day

Skip a day and BD once more

Test Day = 15 Days after +opk

If opk never turns positive, BD every other day until AF arrives or until CD35.

Test Day CD35 - Second morning urine 3-4hrs
