Miscarriage symptoms or pregnant

I have a miscrriage April 8th. I been nause for 2 weeks now boobs sore a little and only had light bleeding for 2 days could it be I am pregnant or just from misscarrage my hcg levels had been 0 since April 21st. I took a urine test it was neg.
