I've posted about my idiot coworker before but today was bad. Today she sprayed her dog and the entire retail shop with flea and tick spray that says "avoid use while pregnant and around children, very toxic to cats and avoid around food". (It's a pet supply retail shop) I couldn't breathe, sat outside for awhile hoping it would air out and ended up leaving 3 hours early. I'm pregnant (she knows), it's retail so kids go in with their parents and there's a cat that lives in the shop. She got pissed at me and started sending my texts saying it wasn't harmful and I could come back to work. I responded with urls of websites saying how toxic it was and that if she took care of her dog at home instead of at work the situation could have been avoided. She just kept texting me saying I was over reacting and it's not toxic. I texted my boss when I left with a brief explanation when I left and all he said back was "ok". If anyone is interested in the particular product it was bio-groom flea and tick spray. Was I over reacting?
