Hard time breathing?

I've noticed lately that I will be sitting here, breathing completely normal, and then all of the sudden I gasp for breath like I wasn't getting enough oxygen or something. Anyone else had this happen or asked their doctor about it? I'm almost 26 weeks with my twins

Yes I'm 27 and 4 with boy girl twins and I feel like it's them rolling into my diaphragm because a few minutes after I'll be able to breath just fine again, usually if I switch positions or get up and walk around it will go away.

I had twin boys I used to get txt also pregnant now 30 wks with baby boy and I get it all the time I had bloods done im anaemic so I started iron tablets and its cooled off abit

Yes this happens to me a lot and has been for awhile. I'm 32 weeks with twins. Sometime when I'll have to gasp for breath it will end up choking me and I then have a coughing fit it sucks lol

Oofta! Happens all the time with my one, can't imagine having TWO little nuggets struggling for space in there! Get real short winded moving around which is fine but the worst is being stationary and feeling the baby stretch because it knocks the wind out of ya!
