Could I be pregnant ??

Just thought I'd put it her to cause I really need help. I'm do for my pd today yesterday I started having lower abdominal pains I pee a lot but very little sometimes comes out their this very light red blood only when I wipe and sometimes pee. Could I be pregnant? I am not sure what to think. Is their anything else it could be. Or is it spotting last time I had sex was about 2 weeks ago to a week.
