Dyeing my hair at 17 weeks.. Is it safe??

My husband has been commenting about I should dye my hair blonde again, he has seen pictures of me before we met and I was blonde and he likes it a lot and of course I do too.. But the thing is, I'm pregnant at 17 weeks.. Is that safe to do?!

I'm a hairdresser. There have been no studies done that link hair dye and pregnancy together. You are fine to color your hair just make sure you are in a well ventilated area. Especially since you are in your second trimester.

It's fine! And no one can say that color cause a miscarriage. That's stupid. I'm a stylist for 16 years and color my hair all the time and aswell as clients an d coworkers while pregnant. No links or studies have ever proved hair color will hurt you unborn child!!!

It's perfectly safe! I asked my OBGYN and dyed my hair with a regular store bought box of Lorreal when I was 30 weeks! She said there's no way for it to harm the baby but you should keep the room well ventilated :) have fun!

Go to a salon that uses specific hair dye for pregnant women. It is never safe to dye your hair with regular dye because of them chemicals that get in your scalp and bloodstream!!

I wouldn't cause the dye can still get to the scalp and everything, I have done this once and lost one of my pregnancies
