Weight loss issue
So I am having issues with being committed and being motivated. I keep gaining weight and I just need help. I just want to loose it naturally and I'm looking for tips that helped you. I'm looking to lose 70 ish pounds so I'm back into the healthy range again. Help me! (Ps I did weight watchers already and I'm very poor so options are limited) also, I have a hard time with eating out, I can't stop myself enough
