Baby's first outfit..

My soon to be mother in law called me today and ask me if I could go to her house after I got out of class, I of course said yes not knowing what she wanted me for. Anyway when I got there she gave me a gift bag with a whole baby boy outfit inside the problem is, I'm not pregnant?! We've been ttc for three years and she's always put me down about the situation but this was just overboard. This lady is insane, of course I told my fiance about it as soon as I left and he was furious. He called her and she ended up telling him she went to a card reading crazy lady and she told her I'm getting pregnant soon and we're having a boy. Like really?! I'm so over this lady putting me down about this, I don't want to have problems with her because I don't want my fiance to feel pressure from anything. I don't know what to do about this, I'm so upset
