Could I be pregnant?

So I haven't had a period since February and me and my ex had sex using the pullout method unsafe I know an it was right around my ovulation time. Since then I haven't had any sex I'm always tired get nauseous a lot especially if someone smells like a perfume store, and I'm the only one who thinks they do. I took a pregnancy test the beginning of last month and it was negative. Should I just go to the doctor?
