Would you punish your child for losing their viginity?

So I'm seeing a lot of women on her stating that they would "punish" (ground, beat, ect.) their child for losing their viginity.

(When I say child I mean preteens - teens)

So would you punish your child? I personally would not, that just means my child won't feel comfortable coming to me about sex anymore. Our children are going to do it at some point so why punish them when you could instead give them the proper tools to be safe. I can only teach and inform my daughter when she's old enough and hope she makes good decisions and comes to me for information when she needs it.

BTW if you think your children would never have the opportunity to, sex happens in schools, ALL THE TIME, there are places to go.
