Anyone experiencing pressure and cramps?

This is my first pregnancy so I was a little bit scare. But they seem to come and go. Could it be Braxton-Hicks? I'm almost 26 weeks.

All the time. Its normal unless you hav emore the  six contractions in one hr then you need to call your dr. 
Natural Calm helps me a lot.

I started wearing a belly band to support my bump as was having a bit of what felt like period pains, and it helped a lot. Although you should always contact your midwife/doc if you are experiencing cramping just to be safe x

Pressure and downstairs is sore but no cramps or contractions
