Am I Alone?

Am I the only person to get annoyed with women or men who promote a stigma about the "perfect" signifigant other? Like "If a girl prefers fishing over shopping, she's a keeper." & "Southern accents on guys are better that those without." I personally cannot stand it. I get people have a preference and their own fetishes but don't "promote" yourself. Ya'know?
