Letrozole Side Effects.....?

I just recently finished my 2nd round of Letrozole a few days ago (5mg). I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced  a decreased sex drive and dryness...?

I definitely get the hot flashes but I'm not too sure if the other stuff is something unrelated to the letrozole or if it is a common thing.

I had major dryness. My husband and I could both tell a difference. As for sex drive, I'm not sure. Since we started this process the romance seems to be gone. I will say yesterday was my 2nd day off letrozole and felt like my sex drive was through the roof. Not sure if that's the letrozole getting out of my system or the follistim injections I just started??? I also had moderate to severe spells of dizziness but that's about it as far as side effects.

My doctor recommended this med to me last time I saw her, to reduce the risk of multiples like with clomid. Clomid worked for me first round but unfortunately it ended as a mc. I'm curious about anyone else's experiences with this medication!? Really wanting a baby been on this long and roller coaster of a journey since November 2013 💜

I was just so tired that I was fast asleep before my DH and I could test the effects on my sex drive!
