Hurting

I do not know how to describe it but a few weeks ago I had a pregnancy test come up positive but one of the lines was very faint well since I haven't tested again since last night I will spot very light then go away slight cramps but now I'm hurting in my hips and vagina like its the dull throbbing pain like I'm widening like I said its weird does anyone know what the problem may be
