Anyone tried slim fast?
I'm about 15-20 lbs away from where I'd like to be, and I'm pretty short so it's obvious in the way my clothes fit(or don't!).
I'll be spending ten weeks away from home and figure it's the best time to start a new healthier regimine (including some exercise).
Has anyone used it and loved it?
