Mirena issues!! Help!

I've had my Mirena since March of this year! My lower back is constantly in pain, I have mild to severe cramping (it's off and on), I can't tell between my periods and spotting (my cycle is all messed up), and I have pain during sex (it's the pain continues even after sex). Obviously this has to be an issue with the Mirena, right? Has anyone else ever experienced this?
