Help My marriage is going south

I have no clue what to do it seems like all me and my husband do is fight and argue all the time. When we were friends everything was fine same go when we were dating but now that we are married we are just at each other throats. We can't seem to just sit and talk. We act childish when we are fighting. I just need some advice or help anything! Because I still love and and want to be with him but I don't want to be with him if it continues like this. We are still young and havering financial problems because he can't find a job. So I know those have a lot to do with it. Lady's can someone help please!
