I saw my doctor today. I am 12 weeks 1 day. The doctor tried to find the heartbeat with a Doppler but couldn't find one :s. He then scheduled me for an emergency ultrasound. After hours of stressing we were able to see the baby's heart beating!!!! What a relief!! Anyways I thought I would share this incase anyone finds the self in this situation. I thought for sure he would be able to find it with the Doppler. The ultrasound technician said the baby was very active and this would make it very difficult for the doctor to pick up the heartbeat.
