For a couple years now my vagina has itched all the time with a not great smell. My gyno has tested me for everything and it always comes back with a hint of bacteria but nothing more. She says sometimes it's just the natural state of vaginas. She gives me flaconnazole and it goes away for a couple days, then comes right back. I've tried drinking more water, eating more fruit to change the pH and it doesn't help. No over the counter wipes or soaps have helped. It started when my husband and I started dating (but not having sex) and he had never even kissed a girl before (which I know isn't a lie, he truly had never had a girlfriend before), but the itching/smell wasn't there during previous relationships when I was having sex (all were 100% free of diseases). Does anyone else have suggestions?
