Some insight about cervical mucus please - No change in CM.

For this month, my CM has been sticky/glue( sometimes thick sometimes a bit more watered down) and other days, my CM is watery. My SO orgasm in me 6 times this month and I'm concerned that I'm not ovulating properly. My period came 2weeks earlier than expected that I had believed was implantation bleeding but it was not. I'm pretty regular except for this month.

I had right pelvic pain all day yesterday that spread across my abdomen and my CM was sticky/glue like. Is there sorting wrong with my lady parts?
