Anyone else have these symptoms and end up pregnant?

I'm currently 9dpo and the last 2 days have felt slightly crampy like AF would be coming soon (which I would expect by Monday since I have short cycles). The cramping has stopped this morning, but I really have no other symptoms. No breast tenderness, no nausea, cm is really nothing, temperature hasn't gone up. I have a cold, so of course I'm tired. I took a test yesterday, but it was a bfn, I know it was really early though. Anyone else have this happen and end up with a bfp?
