I'm applying for a job with the state so they can find anything out about my past. I was fired from my last job. One of the new guys thought he could over take me since I was 1 of the 3 females and young that worked there. He would literally yell and cuss me out in front of customers and other employees. This was brought up to our manager and hr. My boss decided to make the decision to left me go since I was hourly and he was commission. Question is what do I put on my job apps since employee conflict sounds TERRIBLE!
