This might be a little TMI, but I'm 6 weeks. I've been super crampy, spotting but not enough for more than a panty liner. Sometimes it's brown, then sometimes it's pinkish red. If I have a bowel movement it makes me bleed a little and there will be little specks of tissue in bottom of toilet or when I wipe it's on the Tp...anyone else have this issue? Should I go to the doctor or wait til my appt on June 4th?
