long story short: i sleep around 1am and wake up at 7am to make a call every weekday. I go back to sleep around 9am, and stay sleeping until probably 6pm or earlier. this is almost an everyday thing (unless I have plans) I need help on how to stay awake when I wake up around 7am! any advice? wake up and shower? work out? I'm a fit person so when I don't sleep at night I usually just workout. I need some motivation! I'm starting college in a few months and I need to practice my sleeping routine. not getting a job yet until I'm settled in college and everything's ok. thank you in advance.
