Hpt BFN could you still get a BFP from blood test?

I have read that this is possible but would like to hear it from you ladies 😊 has anyone experienced this? I'm 7 days late every test is negative. My cm is egg white/ clear liquid. I have signs of pregnancy but always get a BFN! Is it possible that the blood test will show a BFP?
