Can I use Miconazole right after having sex?

I am at the end of a yeast infection and I am going on vacation away from my boyfriend and we decided to have sex using controceptal gel and I'm on birth control. I just took a shower to clean all of cum and gel off but can I use the Miconazole treatment now? Or should I wait a while?
