How do you deal with being emotional?
Things that typically doesn't bother me, suddenly makes me cry. I feel so hopeless and sad about my life lately, and I feel even worst bring a child into my lifestyle. Makes me feel even more sad, that I honestly don't see my situation getting any better.. Is there anything that you ladies do to help ease the emotions? I feel like I can handle the situation much better if I wasn't driven by pregnant hormones.. Do you ladies recommend therapy? Any and all suggestions are much appreciated..
