Nipple piercings ?

Hello, I had my nipples pierced but have taken them out and it's been around 1.5-2 years now without them in. Has anyone had any trouble they noticed with breast feeding because of them?

No problems at all. Mine had only been out for 5 months when my first was born and I bf her for a little over a year.

It doesn't make a difference, my sister breastfed and she never had a problem and she had both nipples done.

I asked my midwife as am in the same position, she said that it shouldn't make a difference as the milk doesn't just come from one place on the nipple but all over. So it may come out of the holes in an odd direction if it's not fully healed. That made me chuckle!
