Period problems

I have always had irregular periods usually it's a week to 10 days late every month.  Missed in February, probably due to the stress of buying a home. I haven't gotten it since 4/13/15, all pregnancy tests have been negative. Now I think I have bacterial vaginitis, according to Google lol. Could this infection make my period late and cause cramps and nausea on occasion? I feel like I am going to get my period, but have some early pregnancy symptoms, but no period and negative tests.
