Scared

I went to doc because I had signs of UTI. Itchy " down there " and extreme urge to peeing very often , even right after I just went . I am also 5weeks preggo. I'm taking progesteron suppositories .After testing my pee, an  internal and external ultrasound , and exam by doc found nothing that pointed to a UTI. Also the saw no sac or sign of baby. Please help:(
