How do you really feel?

Some days it's hard to be hopeful that all these fertility treatments will work and other days I feel like "Yep this is the month!" But I always have this deep down fear or feeling that it just won't happen for DH and I. How do you feel deep down?

I fear I will be let down and devastated so I'm trying not to get my hopes up and just kinda take it day by day, I want it more than anything but I'm kinda just like whatever so that way if it's good news I will be surprised and so happy if not I can just try again the next month without the depression and weeping.

Honestly it's my worst fear. I'm so afraid that all the other doctors were right that I shouldn't have kids. I'm so afraid that all these treatments are going to be for nothing :(
