Very irregular periods

So I thought I was pregnant before my last period. I didn't have my menstrual for 5 months then I started having heat flashes, very sensitive breasts, peeing more frequently.. then I had a period. I'm kind of sad, but I know God had a plan. What are my chances of conceiving if my periods are that irregular?
