Anyone have success with preseed?

I have been ttc for a few months now, which I know isn't very long but I have read about preseed and how a lot of women have had success using it. Anyone here had any luck with it? If so how long did you use it? I just used it this past cycle and now I'm in the tww. Really hoping and praying I have the success that I have read that others had!

My fiancé's sister in law used preseed and conceived easily with it. She is constantly recommending it to us, lol.

I was ttc for 8 months using just opk.. well on the other month I used pre seed and opk.. I'm now 17wk 1d. :)
