Nothing

Just went in for an ultrasound at 9 weeks and found out there is nothing there my levels are extremely low and I go to my OB on Thursday to discuss my options... Super sad I have been TTC for 6 years my son will be 11 this year and everyone around me is either pregnant or just had a baby... My SIL just had her 7th baby a few weeks ago and I don't think it's fair that she has so many when she doesn't take care of them... While I have been trying for so long and have watched 9 pregnancies between all my sisters... I just don't know how to deal right now
