Light bleeding

I'm 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant I just went pee and there was very light pink blood in my cm, and when I wiped there was light pink. I just went pee again and wiped and there was nothing. Has this happened to anyone? I've read it happening to a lot of girls and it being normal. But what should I do? Go into the hospital? I messaged my doctor.
