What can I do?

I'm on the pill very low dose, the s/o does release in me every time mainly because hes done it even before birth control but for the past 2-3 days ive woke up sick and have had hot flashes and been so dizzy. What could this be? Do was care if the pill has failed no not really. He mainly released in me during my non-active pill days which is 7 days of non-active and yesterday I started back on my active but today I haven't even felt like taking my pill.
