Serious question about missing tube

So back in April I had a tubal pregnancy and they had to take my tube and the baby. Since then I have been having slight pain and pressure every time I get turned on. But in addition to that AF was so bad in may that it sent me to the er. Has anyone had pain once they lost a tube?. And how long will this last?. It's not painful to the point where is unbearable but sometimes the hubby and I won't have sex or have to stop because of the pain.... I'm frustrated cause there's only a small window to work with for getting pregnant...
