Overreacting or possibly pregnant?

So I'm on the pill and I take it everyday as I'm supposed to. My bf and I don't use protection, and he doesn't ever really pull out. But he hasn't really 'made it there' recently. But I got to the end of my pills last week and here I am a week later and still no period! Is it possible? I know I should take a test, but I'm nervous.. E
