Preggers again?

I'm thinking I might be pregnant again...

I had 3 days of spotting a few days ago, only been using the withdrawal method since our son was born almost 3 mo ago. For about a week I've been getting dizzy spells, backaches, and light headaches. I've been breast feeding and have only had the spotting , no period since the lo was born. The tell sight that I was preggo with my son was sore breasts, but with breastfeeding its hard to tell. I have an appointment to get an IUD tomorrow so I guess I'll find out then!? :O
