Will it change?

My baby is facing towards my back and has been head down since 26 weeks. I'm 29 weeks now and I want to get a 3D ultrasound. But will he eventually face foward again? Is it possible?  Or will he stay that way till birth?
I had a 3D ultrasound at my Dr's office on Monday and he was still faced back. So i really want to try again. Should I risk it?

He is in the right position for birth, that's how you want him :) I wouldn't try again he will more than likely stay that way.

I could be wrong but I think they stay head down at that point

He could move. One of my twins was in that position around the same time and has since switched to being breech so it's possible

I know the baby can change position many times up until the last minute so try not to stress about it and see what happens over the next few weeks. I'm 39 weeks and have the same problem. The doctor gave me some tips for trying to get her to flip around (spending some time on all fours and sitting leaned forward) so I'm hoping that works.
