I need your help please, I am going out for dinner tonight and was wondering can I have kipper pate as a starter/gravadlax?? Does anyone know please?? I am 14 weeks pregnant!!! Thanks

Kipper pate is made from kipper as in fish and the gravadlax is raw salmon!!! I was questioning kipper as told we can't have pate but does this include kipper pate or just LIVER Pate??
