Any CrossFit moms here??
I am a trainer and have been working out as much as I can (when I have the energy after early classes and long days at my regular job) and just listening to my body. I feel awesome when I get to keep my routine. It would be so nice to find other moms here to talk tips for scaling and modifying, and what's working for you!!
